McDonald continued regarding amendatory legislation to <br /> the 1974 Act, which was passed by Congress and includes the <br /> following provisions : <br /> a. Authorizes two new projects in Colorado, the Lower <br /> Gunnison and McElmo Creek Units . <br /> . b. Clarified USDA on-farm program. <br /> c . Added fish and wildlife mitigation. <br /> d. Clarified provisions concerning OM&R costs and <br /> responsibility for maintenance of laterals . <br /> e. Water rights . <br /> f . Cost-sharing. <br /> 5 . State Salinity Standards <br /> 6 .
