( f) All lots or portions thereof in the existing South • <br /> Shore Development lying along the southeasterly side of <br /> the reservoir as are necessary for the District to <br /> obtain ownership back 100 feet in horizontal distance <br /> from the elevation contour at 7211 feet above M.S .L. <br /> throughout said development. <br /> (g) Approximately 2 acres of land at the northwesterly part <br /> of the reservoir north of the Yampa River and south of <br /> County Road 14, at a point about 2 , 000 feet east of the <br /> junction with County Road 16. <br /> 2 . Lands to be acquired from Mountain Air shall be obtained at <br /> no expense to the District or the Board and shall be deeded <br /> in fee simple to the District. All other lands to be <br /> acquired by the District shall be obtained in fee simple and <br /> shall be appraised by independent appraisers of the Board' s <br /> choice. The amounts to be paid by the District for such <br /> lands shall be subject to the Board' s prior approval. <br /> 3 . Those certain lands adjacent to and in the immediate <br /> vicinity of the reservoir identified in item 1 above and to <br /> be acquired by the District will total about 1, 275 acres <br /> above elevation 7202 feet above M.S .L. , which will be the <br /> normal high water level of the reservoir. The District <br /> shall ensure that these lands will be held in perpetuity for <br /> -3- <br />
