1 . The Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District ( District) shall <br /> acquire the following lands in the reservoir pool and in the <br /> vicinity of the reservoir: <br /> (a) All of the lands now owned by the Mountain Air Company <br /> (Mountain Air ) and Colorado-Ute Electric Association <br /> (Colorado-Ute) in and around the reservoir site, <br /> bounded by a line 100 feet in horizontal distance from <br /> the elevation contour at 7211 feet above mean sea level <br /> (M.S .L. ) . <br /> (b) All of the lands now owned by Colorado-Ute on the <br /> northerly and easterly sides of the reservoir. <br /> • <br /> (c ) All of the lands now owned by Colorado-Ute on the <br /> westerly end of the reservoir. <br /> (d) All of the lands now owned by Mountain Air along the <br /> northerly side of the reservoir between the reservoir <br /> and County Road 14. <br /> III <br /> (e ) So much, if any, of the Henderson parcel on the <br /> northerly side of the reservoir, between the lands <br /> owned by Colorado-Ute and Mountain Air and County Road <br /> 14, as may be determined necessary for the public park <br /> and recreation area required in item 5 below. <br /> • <br /> -2- <br />
