DRAFT <br /> 3/13/84 <br /> RECOMMENDED SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE . <br /> STAGECOACH RESERVOIR PROJECT <br /> Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> March 15 , 1984 <br /> Introduction <br /> Section 1 ( 1) (d) ( IV) , Chapter 405 , Session Laws of Colorado <br /> 1983, states that construction on the authorized Stagecoach <br /> Reservoir Project cannot be commenced until the Colorado Water <br /> Conservation Board (Board) provides <br /> . . . a site development plan for the lands <br /> surrounding the reservoir to the general <br /> assembly for its approval, . . . [which] site <br /> development plan shall address the <br /> appreciation in the value of lands in the <br /> vicinity of the project. <br /> This report sets forth the Board' s recommended site <br /> development plan for the General Assembly 's approval. The <br /> recommended site development plan also encompasses the <br /> requirements for public access to the reservoir which the Board <br /> deems appropriate pursuant to the provisions of section <br /> 1 ( 1 ) (d) (III ) of the subject act. <br /> Site Development Plan <br /> The site development plan for the Stagecoach Reservoir <br /> Project shall consist of the following elements : <br /> 196 <br /> uywcd <br />
