H
0
z
(Discussion off the record. )
n
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: Proceeding now to another eomisittee
report, the commission at its last meeting established a
special editing, oaamittee to polish the draft of the Compact
that was being worked on at Colorado Springs. That committee
consists of Mr. Vidal, Mr. Tate, Mr. Noe, and myself. I will
ask Mr. Vidal to report on the acti!dities of that committee,
please.
MR. VIDAL: The committee met and spent a day until late
afternoon in editing the entire Compact as the commission had
passed upon it, and pursuant to that and with a change in only
one feature of it, due to the chairman' s additional informa-
tion after his inspection of the dam, I had the Compact mimeo-
graphed in the Colorado Water Conservation Board, and sent it
out, distributed it to the water users and offioials.
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: You made that in accordance with our
arrangements. Kansas and Colorado concurrently mimeographed
the draft. Both of those are dated September 1 7, and it was
those mimeographed versions that were used in my comounioa-
tiona with the Federal agencies.
