The <br /> structure is designed to back up side-channel water during low flows, re-directing it toward the <br /> ditch head-gates located on the opposite bank of the river's main channel. The project was <br /> designed by Rocky Mountain Consultants of Longmont, CO. and constructed by Kemp & <br /> Hoffman, Inc. of Northglenn, CO.
