1. The CWCB Construction Fund is primarily a revolving loan fund. Non-reimbursable
investments are approved only when the project or study is of statewide interest and benefits a
wide range of people. Provide copies of the two most recent annual reports, financial
statements, corporate reports or other current documentation of financial condition and

operations with this application.

2. The Flood Response Fund often works on an informal cost share basis. With the exception of
Flood Documentation services, which the CWCB provides to communities on a programmatic
level, nearly all other activities performed with monies from the Flood Response Fund are
leveraged with local funds from the communities affected. These local funds may also be
augmented by in-kind services. Funding is also sought from other state and federal agencies on
a case-by-case basis.
