The project included replacement of the <br /> dam outlet gate with a new structure, which incorporated both the outlet gate and a spillway. The <br /> existing dam embankment was also raised almost four feet. ECI Consultants, Inc. of Englewood <br /> I prepared the construction plans and specifications with the construction contract awarded to <br /> Schmuesor and Associates, Inc. of Wheatridge, CO. Construction commenced on November 16, <br /> 1998, was completed in early March 1999, with Substantial Completion on May 7, 1999. <br /> IProject Data <br /> ISponsor: Greeley&Loveland Irrigation Co.
