Note the Downstream Energy Dissipators. <br /> Project Description <br /> This $175,000 project was the construction of a new diversion structure located <br /> approximately 200 feet downstream of the existing diversion and headgate. The project <br /> incorporates the use of an 8-foot high inflatable weir capable of developing backwater upstream to <br /> the existing headgate. The Routt County office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service <br /> prepared the project design. Project construction commenced August 25 by Wagner Construction <br /> Company of Craig, Colorado.
