The project includes the installation of <br /> approximately 2,000 feet of 3"-4"schedule 40 pvc pipe,construction of a 4 ft.x 15 ft.wet well, a 5 <br /> ft. x 5 ft. pump and valve control house, and all necessary appurtenances. The project allows the <br /> I owners to irrigate with raw water instead of using treated water from the Mid Valley Metro District. <br /> The project commenced in June and was completed in August 1997. <br /> IProject Data <br /> Sponsor: River Oaks on the Roaring Fork County: Eagle River: Roaring Fork River <br /> Property Owners Association <br /> ITerms of Loan: $16,000 @ 4.75%for 10 yrs.
