The project design was approved by the <br /> U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and constructed by R&M Construction Services, Inc. of Montrose, <br /> I Colorado. Actual project construction was completed in December 1996 with final clean-up and <br /> operations accepted by the District in September 1997. <br /> IProject Data <br /> Sponsor: Mancos Water Conservancy Dist.
