23 <br />o Provide assessment users with reports <br />that catalog and briefly review the re- <br />sults of data collection, research, and <br />planning activities for each WR.0 Region <br />along with a national overview. The <br />regional and national reports will docu- <br />ment consensus, as well as conflicting <br />points of view, among information sources <br />on problem severities and urgencies. <br />The possibilities of the literature review being performed by the <br />WR.0 staff and /or Regional Sponsors has been considered. However, in <br />view of the limited number of positions that will be available to conduct <br />the national and regional assessments, it appears more feasible to per- <br />form the review by contract with guidance by the NPACy Regional Spon- <br />sors, and WR.0 staff. The contractor would develop literature review <br />reports for each WR.0 Region, as well as a national overview document. <br />A brief summary of these reports in pamphlet form may be produced for <br />nationwide distribution if funds are available. <br />
