The average direct irrigation water amount, not including reservoir storage deliveries, <br />available at the Wadley Farms No. 3 headgate from the Signal Ditch with five FHL <br />shares is 90.8 acre -feet, as compared to 54.5 acre -feet with three shares. The average <br />yield for the Wadley Reservoir rights remains at 74.0 acre -feet with either 3 or 5 shares. <br />This gives a total average annual water availability for the HOA of 164.8 acre -feet with 5 <br />shares as compared to 128.5 acre -feet with 3 shares, for an increase on average of 30.4°0. <br />Based on the historic record, the minimum amount available at the Wadley Farms No. 3 <br />headgate for direct irrigation yield with the five FHL shares, without inclusion of storage <br />water deliveries, would be 44.4 acre -feet as compared to the minimum of 26.6 acre -feet <br />for three FHL shares in the drought year of 1954. The minimum total average annual <br />water availability, including both direct irrigation and reservoir storage deliveries, with 5 <br />shares would be 85.2 acre -feet as compared to the minimum of 67.4 acre -feet which <br />occurred with ) shares in 1954.
