Like all prescriptive easements, it does not show up on title reports and is defined
by th existing location of the transmission line. The prescriptive easement is 30 feet in width
from the center of the pipeline. The new pipeline will be constructed within this existing
easement. Lamar has a good relationship with the primary property owner and does not
antici iate any issues with construction access. The Latnar Water Department has been visiting
the a isting pump stations and well field on a daily basis for decades without issue.
Cost ESTIMATE
A conceptual cost estimate is attached in Appendix B.
IMPLE MENTATION SCHEDULE
A preliminary schedule is attached in Appendix C.
City cif Lamar Raw Water Feasibility Study — Colorado Water Conservation Board 9
