' -" W Document No. Document Title <br />Contract <br />Administration Data R10AV40R04 Recovery - Permanent Operating Facility, Animas -La Plata D -1 <br />Project, No. 3.000 TAS::14 0681::TAS <br />PART D -- CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA <br />D -1 Postaward Conference -- Bureau Of Reclamation <br />(a) Prior to the Contractor starting work, a postaward conference will be convened by <br />the contracting activity or contract administration office. The Contractor's Project <br />Manager, and the principal designer, shall attend the conference. If the contract <br />involves subcontractors, a representative of each major subcontractor is also required <br />to attend. <br />(b) The conference will be held in Durango, Colorado. <br />(c) The Contracting Officer and the Contractor will agree to the date and time of the <br />conference after award of the contract. In event of a conflict in schedules, the <br />Contracting Officer shall establish the date for the conference. <br />(d) The Contractor shall include any associated costs for attendance at the conference <br />in its offer. <br />D -2 Invoice Submission Requirements <br />(a) To ensure timely processing of progress payments under the contract, the <br />designated billing office for such payments is: <br />Project Construction Engineer (FCCD -100) <br />Bureau of Reclamation <br />103 Everett Street <br />Durango, CO 81303 <br />(b) Final payment under the contract will be approved by the Contracting Officer <br />pursuant to the Prompt Payment clause in the contract after all contract settlement <br />actions are complete. <br />D -3 Government Administration Personnel <br />The contracting office representative responsible for overall administration of this <br />contract is: <br />Ginger Domingos, Contracting Officer (FCCD -800) <br />Bureau of Reclamation <br />103 Everett Street <br />Durango CO 81303 <br />Phone No.: 970 - 799 -0558 <br />Facsimile No.: 970 - 259 -1110 <br />E -mail: qdomingosOusbr.gov <br />
