(15) The building commissioning processes shall verify achievement of design
performance objectives and goals, and shall utilize a methodology allowing all
team members to verify achievement of user goals.
C.2 Scope of Work/Program of Requirements Package
The Scope of Work/Program of Requirements Package will be provided to the three
highest evaluated firms selected from the Phase 1 design selection process. The Scope
of Work/Program of Requirements will be provided within an Amendment to this
solicitation.
