IV. Maintenance History
During the period since the Project has been operational and the initial filling of Lake Nighthorse
completed, the resources of FCCO and the Association have been utilized to perform maintenance,
operation, modification, and repair activities. These activities have required significant cooperation in
order to ensure that the Project features are being properly maintained and are fully operational.
Throughout this process, WCAO has been involved in maintenance and operational decisions, as well as
assisting in the transfer process.
