V. Purpose of Transfer Inspection
The inspection is specific to the aspects identified as Transferred Works in the OM &R Contract, and is
intended to identify all features being transferred, and any potential corrective actions needed for the
Project. A detailed list of the facilities and movable property and equipment, for which O &M
responsibilities are being transferred to the Association, is included in this report. This list stipulates, as
a condition of transferring O &M responsibilities, all identified and agreed upon corrective actions for the
Project.
Reclamation will continue to work with the Association on resolving all stipulations identified herein as
soon as is practicable. Coordination efforts will be required to efficiently utilize available resources,
prioritize and sequence efforts, and to ultimately bring to resolution all stipulations agreed upon in this
document. Reclamation will provide the Association with official documentation of each transfer
stipulation completed.
