Contract No. 09 -SLC -0645 <br />Western. Transmission losses incurred to the 115 -kV Point of Delivery will be <br />the responsibility of Western. <br />6.6 Scheduliniz Discrepancies: If Western incurs penalties from the transmission <br />operator or balancing authority because the Contractor's schedules cause <br />Western's schedules to vary from its actual deliveries, any imbalance charges will <br />be billed to the Contractor. Prior to any penalties being imposed on the <br />Contractor, the Parties shall determine the appropriate responsibility level of the <br />Contractor. <br />7. SCHEDULE OF RATES <br />The Contractor shall pay Western for Other Priority Use Power furnished hereunder, as <br />specified in Exhibit A, in accordance with conditions set forth in Western's General <br />Power Contract Provisions (GPCP) dated September 1, 2007, and in accordance with <br />rates, charges, and conditions set out in Western's Rate Schedule SLIP -F9 attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, or superseding rate schedules. The Cost Recovery Charge <br />does not apply to Other Priority Use Power. <br />8. PERIODIC SHORT -TERM PUMPING <br />From time to time it may be necessary to operate the pumps for short periods of time. In <br />order to facilitate the operation of the pumps, Western agrees to purchase and provid <br />short -term power separate from and in lieu of firm electric service provided under <br />�eo p p <br />article 6.3 and 6.4 of this Contract. At least 4 hours prior to the scheduled operation of <br />the pumps the Contractor, as directed in the Scheduling, Accounting, and Billing <br />
