The Vulnerability Grant expired on June 30, 2012. The grant funds were
exhausted per Program goals and as indicated in the work plan. The Distribution
and Security Lead in the CBU did a great job managing this grant and submitted
the final report by the end of September 2012.
CBU awarded 10 grant applications to seven awardees for a total project cost of
$227,589. CBU was able to award a little over the anticipated $200,000 due to
available funding. The RFA evaluation committee reviewed 20 applications
submitted by 10 grant applicants totaling $460,256 in project requests. A contract
term of 18 months from Jan 2013 — Jun 2014 is scheduled for the awarded
projects.
