Town of Nederland for $5,000 <br />We are currently expending 2009 Wellhead Protection set -aside funds. <br />We are currently operating under the Wellhead Protection Set Aside Workplan for 2008- <br />2013 that was approved by EPA Region 8 on February 2, 2009. Proposed revisions to the <br />Wellhead Protection Set Aside Workplan for 2013 -2018 will begin in the Fall of 2012. <br />URS's contract has been granted a time extension and future contract work is in progress. <br />The next URS contract will be focused on Groundwater Under the Influence of Surface <br />Water Systems and the estimated contract amount is $174,619. <br />David Rogers is now working in the SWAP program in a three year term limited position to <br />work on SWAP /SDWIS database issues. Dave has made extensive progress with the <br />workgroup and team. The SWAP /SDWIS data migration will likely occur around the <br />beginning of calendar year 2013. <br />Capacity Building <br />1. Capacity Coach Workgroup <br />The Capacity Coaching Workgroup continues to develop the Coaching for TUs <br />program to expand the existing coaching services. The Coaching for TUs program <br />has begun to increase the incentive for small public water systems to welcome <br />coaching site visits and to enhance the overall value of coaching to water system <br />operators. In September and October 2012, under the Coaching for TUs program, <br />the CBU Coaches offered Monitoring Plan training to three systems, Sanitary <br />Survey 101 training to five systems, and one on -one O&M training to three <br />systems.
