Be sure to inform proposers of the date, time and location of <br />the Informational Meeting, due date for proposals, and interviews. <br />Feb. 15 <br />Informational meeting at Denver Water Board at 10 am Mountain <br />time. <br />Feb. 27 <br />Proposals due to each state's committee member, with a separate <br />sealed cost proposal. <br />Feb. 27- Mar. 6 <br />Committee reviews proposals. <br />Mar. 6 <br />Committee conference call to determine if there is a clear winner( C <br />Open cost proposals to see if "clear winner" is within budget. If not a <br />clear winner, decide which 3 to interview. Note: opening cost <br />proposals prior to developing a short list would be contrary to our <br />procedures, but would only be a problem IF the "clear winner" <br />submits a budget that is unacceptable and we decide to go forward <br />with interviews. <br />Mar. 13 <br />Interviews, if needed.
