Brown, Rick
From: Jim Cook Dcook @dnr.state.ne.us]
Sent: Saturday, February 03, 2001 9:02 AM
To: BMATHI @state.wy.us; Ibesso @missc.state.wy.us; mdrain @cnppid.com;
kent.holsinger @state.co.us; Rick.Brown @state.co.us; fskwapn @nppd.com;
rpatterson@dnr.state.ne.us
Subject: RFP /Monday Conf. call
■
SVAFPjc2- 3- 01.rtf
Hi, all,
Attached is my suggested version of the RFP. It differs from the previous
version (1 -26) as follows: (1) 1 accepted all of Dale Strickland's
suggested changes; (2) 1 added the location (Denver Water) for the
informational meeting on 2 -15; and (3) 1 added "FWS" in the first line of
Task 2 to reflect that one of the products to be reviewed is a FWS
product. I did not receive any suggested changes from anyone except Dale
and Curt/Mark. I also did not make any changes in response to the memo
from Curt and Mark, though I would appreciate suggestions about how to
respond to them (see agenda for 2 -5 conf. call below).
I also got no comments from anyone that we should shorten the long list of
consultants. I would like to discuss a couple of those on Monday, but will
probably suggest all get the RFP.
Here's the suggested agenda for Monday:
1. Finalize RFP k { COv,v rn +1
2. Decide which consultants should get the RFP
3. Decide how to run the 2 -15 informational meeting Q A CI- m` • r '
4. Discuss response to Curt and Mark E__* mu51. 0.sK ,.,r-, -Lrs ikm, -e" +11 ,( P-rIs
Once again, the conference call is set for Monday, Febr. 5 at 4:00pm,
CST.
