Draft Report. The Consultant shall submit ten bound and one unbound copy of a
draft report no later than July 15, 2001 unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
Representatives of the three States, and other CA participants if the States so
choose, will have fifteen days to review the draft report and provide comments
back to the Consultant.
Final Report. The Consultant shall submit ten bound copies and one unbound
copy of the final study report no later than August 15, 2001 unless otherwise
agreed to by the parties. It is of paramount importance that the results of this
effort be scientifically sound and defensible. All data, information, analysis and
reports developed or presented must be in a form adequate to allow peer review.
Other Reports. The Consultant may propose other reports as it deems
appropriate.
Task 7. Contingency Work
The Consultant may be directed to complete additional work that cannot
accurately be defined at this time. Such work may include coordination with the
EIS Team and FWS, additional meetings, or other scope alterations. Therefore,
under this Task, the Consultant shall include a cost (budget) of $25,000 in their
cost proposals. This budget cannot be used unless expressly approved by the
State representatives for specified work. Costs for this work will be billed on the
basis of approved hourly rates and actual reimbursable expenses necessary to
complete the directed work.
-10-
