June 30, 1997 ' <br />(7) The Districts will commence providing the funding for the ' <br />development and maintenance of the Habitat Lands acquired or <br />contributed by the Districts between the J -2 to Chapman reach in ' <br />accordance with Paragraph IV.A.4(c) of this agreement. <br />(8) The Districts will in coordination with and with the ' <br />concurrence of FWS and NGPC, develop a plan to modify their <br />monitoring activities as necessary to provide information on the ' <br />status of endangered and other species and their habitat on <br />Habitat Lands acquired and developed by the Districts, subject to <br />a $100,000 annual limit in cash or services during reinitiation of , <br />coordination. <br />(9) FWS will credit the contributions of the Districts under ' <br />the Cooperative Agreement or Program in any subsequent section <br />7 consultation. <br />-24- <br />0 <br />i <br />I � <br />
