The City of Golden's Claim to Make Absolute Course Extension Water Rights. The <br />7 structures comprising the Course Extension described in Paragraph 5.13.2.6. have been <br />constructed, maintained and placed to beneficial use since the original decxee was entered by the <br />Water Court. The City of Golden is entitled to make absolute those flow rates put to beneficial <br />use at the structures within the Course Extension in any given month. Consistent with the terms <br />of the original decree, the amounts in Tables 7 and 8 are made absolute based upon flows at the <br />Course Extension as meamn ed at the Clear Creek at Golden gage, at times when the Course <br />Extension was in use by boaters.
