Beneficial Use: Recreational boating purposes. 6. The City of Golden's Claim to Make Additional Water Rights Absolute for the City of Golden White Water Course. All of the structures comprising the Course were constructed prior to the entry of the decree by the Water Court. Since entry of the decree, all of the Course structures have been maintained and placed to beneficial use. The City of Golden is entitled to make absolute those flow rates that were put to beneficial use in any given month at the structures within the Course. Consistent with the terns of the original decree, the amounts in Tables 5 and 6 are made absolute based upon flows at the Course since the original decree as measured at the Clear Creek at Golden gage at times when the Course was in use by boaters. As discussed in Paragraph 8, the City of Golden has demonstrated reasonable diligence for the remaining conditional amounts not yet made absolute.
