SOUTHEASTERN'S FIRST ANNUAL <br />WATER USERS MEETING <br />On March 2, the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District held their first annual Water Us- <br />ers Meeting. The meeting is designed to inform and answer questions of water users within the District <br />boundaries. <br />The meeting began with a welcome from the Southeastern's District President, Glenn Everett.
