Aurora and Colorado
Springs Utilities had to curtail
exchanges into Pueblo Reser-
voir beginning the last day of
March and began diverting wa-
ter at Holbrook's headgate on
April 1, 2005. Aurora and Colo-
rado Springs Utilities, as of
April 17, 2005, stored a total of
2,400 acre -feet of water in Hol-
brook Lake.

AND CLASSES

Xeriscape and how to apply them to your landscape? This

ii' spring, the District is offering an informative series of work-
\1i shops and classes that can assist you in cutting back your out-
door water use The purpose of the classes is to assist others in
i1; creating a new or retrofitting an old thirsty yard into a func-

tional, beautiful, and water conserving landscape.
The Xeriscape workshops are held on the first Saturday
/1\ morning of each month from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The loca-
/1\
will be at the District office, 31717 United Avenue,
\I/ Pueblo, Colorado in the Pueblo Airport Industrial Park. The
