1 (1) In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of
•2 any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board construction fund not
3 otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, the sum of
4 seventy five thousand dollars ($75,000) to develop the database pilot program by
5 retaining a contractor to review the Colorado water conservation board databases and
6 recommend a comprehensive plan to consolidate and upgrade the databases to meet
7 future water planning needs involving project loans, water rights management,
8 litigation, and floodplain designations.

10 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall remain
11 available for the designated purposes until the project is completed:

13 SECTION 9. Continuation of the. Colorado water conservation board
14 document imaging system — appropriation.
15 (1) In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of
16 any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board construction fund not
17 otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, the sum of one
18 hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary,
19 for the board to continue development of the Colorado water conservation board
20 document imaging system.

22 (2) The amounts appropriated in this section are in addition to amounts
23 appropriated previously for the Colorado water conservation board document
24 imaging system. The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall
25 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is completed.

27 SECTION 10. Colorado floodplain map modernization - appropriation
28 (1) In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of
29 any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board construction fund not
30 otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, the sum of five
31 hundred thousand dollars ($500,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to
32 assist with the preparation of revised and improved floodplain studies and maps for
33 communities throughout Colorado and participate in federally sponsored floodplain
34 map modernization activities.

36 (2) The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall remain
37 available for the designated purposes until the project is completed.
