This will permit the determination of the annual <br />average maximum and minimum storage content that are not unduly influenced by <br />critically dry periods. <br />An analysis of the City's daily water production, maximum supply rate, peak <br />consumption, required fire flow, and minimum storage requirements shall be <br />made and presented in tabular form. <br />A water utilization analysis for Barnes Meadow Reservoir shall be made as part <br />of the study and presented in tabular form summarizing monthly surface water <br />operation studies and showing how the project water supply will be enhanced by <br />performing the necessary rehabilitative work to make the reservoir fully <br />operational. <br />A chemical and physical an a the e . veloped from the project shall <br />be performed. As the primary se b er is for municipal and industrial <br />purposes, observations shall a regarding taste, color, odor, biocides <br />and other parameters than mi a feet project facilities or service and the <br />types of treatment required or human consumption. Any special requirements <br />for selective withdrawal, fish screens, etc. shall be assessed and discussed. <br />An analysis of reservoir sedimentation shall be made at the reservoir and <br />diversion works. <br />Task 7 - CHAPTER V, Plan of Development <br />7.1 General <br />A summary of the present configuration of Barnes Meadow Reservoir Dam shall be <br />presented along with a description of the physical status of the existing <br />facility based on the comprehensive site inspections carried out under Task 2. <br />- 4 - <br />
