PARTIES <br />7. <br />VERIFIED <br />COMPLAINT <br />1. Plaintiffs are residents of the State of <br />VC,( , <br />Colorado. Plaintiff Marcia D. Lidstone owns land adjacent to <br />the ;Medicine Bow Wational Forest and Plaintiffs Joseph B. and <br />Mary Mattern own land that is surrounded by the Medicine Bow <br />.rational Forest. Plaintiff Herrick K. Lidstone is the husband <br />of Marcia D. Lidstone and has used and enjoyed the resources <br />of the Medicine Bow National Forest since 1937. Each of the <br />Plaintiffs is a frequent visitor to the :Medicine Bow National <br />Forest who uses and enjoys the land, air, water, wildlife, and <br />fisheries of the public domain and whose aesthetic and <br />recreational interests are adversely affected by the project <br />authorized by the Defendants, and t e subject atter Of this <br />action. <br />
