16. The City of Cheyenne (or its contractors) will be recruired to obtain <br />a Road Use Permit from the Forest Service for the use of any Forest <br />Development Roads or other roads on National Forest lands to be used <br />by the City's contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, employees, or <br />other users involved in construction of the Cheyenne Water Project. <br />Such permit will identify any reconstruction and maintenance <br />requirements <br />17. The Grantee will assign an inspector c,bo will assure that all <br />matters referred to in the Operation Plan are followed. The Grantee <br />shall inform the Forest Supervisor, Laramie, Wyoming, in writing of <br />the name and address of the inspector. If a substitute inspector is <br />appointed, the applicant shall immediately inform the Forest Supervisor <br />18. No storage or transportation of water on the National Forest lands <br />covered by this grant shall be made until the facility or the compror,ent <br />to be used has been constructed in accordance with the approved plans a <br />specifications, the Grantee has submitted certification thereof by a <br />registered professional engineer, and the Grantee has received written <br />approval from the Forest Service. <br />A <br />
