ANNEX C <br /> REVIEW AND REPORTING TASK FORCE - X <br /> SITUATION. As drought conditions develop and worsen so that various <br /> impacts and local needs can be identified, timely assessments of these <br /> impacts and needs must be developed so that an effective response can <br /> be generated. <br /> PURPOSE. The Review and Reporting Task Force will receive reports from <br /> the Water Availability and "Impact" Task Forces; aggregate assessments <br /> and projections; evaluate overall conditions; (develop recommendations <br /> for drought response) and make timely reports to leadership, the Media, <br /> the Response System and other Agencies. <br /> ORGANIZATION. The Review and Reporting Task Force is comprised of the <br /> Chairpersons of the other Impact Task Forces and is chaired by the Director <br /> DODES, who also represents the Water Availability Task Force. <br /> Review and Reporting Task Force <br /> Director DODES - Chairperson <br /> Chairperson - Minicipal Water <br /> Chairperson - Wildfire Protection <br /> Chairperson - Agricultural Industry <br /> Chairperson - Commerce and Tourism <br /> Chairperson - Wildlife <br /> Chairperson - Economic Impacts <br /> Chairperson - Energy Loss (when activated) <br /> Chairperson - Health (when activated) <br /> Departmental Drought Coordinators may attend meetings of the Review and <br /> Reporting Task Force as observers. <br /> IMPLEMENTATION (Action Plan) . The Review and Reporting Task Force will <br /> meet on the call of the chairperson. The purpose of this meeting will <br /> be to review the written assessments of the Impact Task Forces and to <br /> summarize the findings of these assessments for inclusion in a report <br /> to the Governor. On a weekly basis telephone requests will also be <br /> made to Task Force chairpersons for any significant activities to be <br /> included in a Situation Report for the Governor. <br /> Special reports will be generated by the Task Force as required. <br /> - Make recommendation for the activation of the Inter-Agency <br /> Coordinating Group (IACG) . <br /> C-X-1 <br />
