(See Exhibit 17.) <br /> 2 If telephoned, promptly follow with documentation. <br /> B Upon receipt of confirmed 24-hour report from county: <br /> 1 Pro ptly review it for any significant difference in content from telephoned report. <br /> 2 If it does not differ significantly from telephoned report, file it. <br /> 3 If it varies significantly from telephoned report: <br /> a Edit as necessary: Identify as confirmed report. <br /> b Distribute in accordance with subparagraph A 1.
