input into the SVM. This data and associated components will be obtained from the MODSIM
and NPICOM models (Greeley, Fort Collins and Poudre Basin). The data and components
will then be manipulated for translation into the Shared Vision Model. Data manipulation and
data transfer will occur through various expert meetings and attendance and participation in
the SVP workshop series. Several iterations of the SVM that incorporate various performance
metrics and flow management alternatives are expected to ensure the model is meeting the
proposed objective. A final memo will be submitted outlining the data and any
recommendations made for development of the SVM.
Deliverables: Date
Expert meetings Apri12009
Attendance and participation in SVP Worskhop series April 2009
Final memo June 2009
The contractors who will undertake Task 1 and who are funded by the WSRA grant include:
Paul Weiss — Williams & Weiss
Ross Bethel — Ross Bethel, LLC
Lee Rozaklis (Tasks 1 and 2) — Contractor for TNC
*Additional contractor and agency involvement in Task 1 that will not be funded by the WSRA
grant include Donnie Dustin and Dennis Bode (City of Fort Collins), Nancy Koch (City of
Greeley), Mike Carnevale (Leonard Rice Engineering, on behalf of City of Greeley).
