2.0 STUDY TEAM
The Phase 2 Study will be completed by Grand River Consulting with considerable assistance from
several sub-contractors. A proposed organizational chart for the study is illustrated on Figure 1.
Resumes of primary members of the consulting team are presented in Attachment 4.
