FYance, P.E., WCC's responsible professional for this project, is a registered <br />professional engineer who specializes in dam design and renovation. He has 18 years <br />experience in consulting engineering, and his dam engineering experience includes work <br />on more than 50 different dams in 22 different states and several countries. On his dam <br />projects, Mr. France has been responsible for site surveys, geotechnical exploration and <br />analysis, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, conceptual and �inal designs of new dams and <br />renovation of existing dams, pernutting assistance, and consultation during construction. <br />For the past 9 years, Mr. France has been a consultant to the U.S. Bureau of <br />Reclamation in its Safety Evaluation of Existing Dams (SEED) program.
