Cheryl Wikstrom, Manager
Blue Lake Homeowners Association
October 24, 1997
Page 2
2. Wright Water Engineers was not authorized by the homeowners association board
to undertake any water rights analysis of the Vantex water rights. However, based
on the flow rate associated with the Hanis & Reed Ditch shares for irrigation (819
shares or 0.819 cfs) and the 10.5 shares (approximately 0.25) of Robinson Ditch
water, we believe there would be adequate flow to provide raw water irrigation to
the Blue Lake subdivision. Use of this water may be considered an expansion of
historical use and additional water rights; such as the portion of Robinson Ditch
shares dedicated to Mid Valley Metro District for irrigation purposes, may need
to be acquired.
Please call if you have any questions or need additional information.
Very truly yours,
WRIGHT WATER ENGINEERS, INC.
MJE/dlf
971-177.000
cc: Tom Kinney, Esq., Patrick & Stowell, P.C.
Brian Stowell, Esq., Patrick & Stowell, P.C.
Michael J. ion, .
