Please read it in <br />its entirety. <br />. <br />In order for the Blue Lake Owners' Association to proceed with installation of an <br />irrigation system, the following items MUST be completed prior to March 31, <br />1998. <br />• Water Rights conveyed from Vantex to BLOA <br />• Written consent from the majority of Owners' to borrow funds (51%) <br />`-• $14.00 increase in monthly assessment approved <br />• 25% of total inigation system costs raised through alternative funding <br />ie; grant money, special assessment, etc. � <br />• Government loan approved <br />• Mid Valley Metro District written approval <br />• Approval of, and permits required by, all governmental agencies <br />• Easement rights in place where necessaxy <br />• Firm bids for all phases of construction to completion at or below <br />estimates <br />Provided the increase in assessments is approved at the Special Meeting, <br />December 4, 1997, the January 1, 1998, statement will begin the new assessment <br />amount. If we cannot meet the above requirements by the March 31, 1998, <br />deadline, the additional assessment collected from January, February and March <br />will be credited on your April statement. <br />
