McFarlane Ditch from Mc Farlane Springs <br /> 1. The McFarlane Ditch from McFarlane Springs holds priority <br /> No. 728 in former Water District 38. This right was <br /> decreed on November 5, 1971, for 9.46 c.f.s. with an appro- <br /> priation date of October 13, 1957. <br /> 2. The point of diversion for the McFarlane Ditch from <br /> McFarlane Springs is at or in McFarlane Springs at a point <br /> whence the center of sec. 3, TlOS R84W 6th P.M., bears S18 <br /> deg., 42'W, 4,291.80 feet. <br /> 3. Source: McFarlane Springs. <br /> 4. The McFarlane Ditch was decreed for irrigation, domestic, <br /> and other beneficial purposes from McFarlane Springs. <br /> 5. Diversions for the McFarlane Ditch resulted in a historical <br /> consumptive use of 9.04 acre feet per year which equates to <br /> a consumptive use flow rate of 0.037 c.f.s. <br /> 6. Historically, the McFarlane Ditch water rights were used <br /> from May 15 through September 15. <br /> G. The Koch Ditch No. 3 Extension <br /> 1. The Koch Ditch No. 3 Extension holds priority No. 862 in <br /> former Water District 38. This right was decreed November <br /> 5, 1971, for 1.0 c.f.s. with an appropriation date of Sep - <br /> tember 15, 1967. <br /> 2. The point of diversion for the Koch Ditch No. 3 Extension <br /> is on the east bank of Koch Creek No. 3 at a point whence <br /> the E/4 corner of sec. 5, T10S R84W 6th P.M., bears S5 <br /> deg., 48'17 "E, 2,586.76 feet. <br /> 3. Source: Koch Creek, a tributary of the Roaring Fork River <br /> in the Colorado River Basin. <br /> 4.
