F. McFarlane Ditch from Mc Farlane Springs
1. The McFarlane Ditch from McFarlane Springs holds priority
No. 728 in former Water District 38. This right was
decreed on November 5, 1971, for 9.46 c.f.s. with an appro-
priation date of October 13, 1957.
2. The point of diversion for the McFarlane Ditch from
McFarlane Springs is at or in McFarlane Springs at a point
whence the center of sec. 3, TlOS R84W 6th P.M., bears S18
deg., 42'W, 4,291.80 feet.

4. The McFarlane Ditch was decreed for irrigation, domestic,
and other beneficial purposes from McFarlane Springs.
5. Diversions for the McFarlane Ditch resulted in a historical

2. The point of diversion for the Koch Ditch No. 3 Extension
is on the east bank of Koch Creek No. 3 at a point whence
the E/4 corner of sec. 5, T10S R84W 6th P.M., bears S5
deg., 48'17 "E, 2,586.76 feet.
