P PREA
o
o
4
Steve Hartvigsen, President/Chairman
Windsor Chacey, Secretary/Treasurer
Allan Bunch, Vice President
Roy D.Vega
Robert Huff
Work remains to track and estimate water use savings at those locations that received retrofit
fixtures. The District will continue to track water use at the participating businesses. The new use
patterns will be compared to the establishment's water use in years past. This tracking will continue
for eight months from when the installations were completed; and a report detailing the entire
Grant supported project will be prepared and submitted to the Office in February 2011.
Costs associated with completion of the water models that will be used to calculate water savings,
collection and evaluation of customer water use data, and preparation of the final report will be
included in the final invoice to the Office. There is no indication the project will require any
additional funding beyond that which was included in the original budget.
Thank you for the support and assistance in the Smart Water Audit project. Our efforts have been
well received by the community, and the quantifiable outcomes of the program are beginning to
show themselves nicely.
Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Respectfully,
Mat deGraaf
Conservation Coordinator
;0
lw
d
Carrie S.
