and the Geyser Reservoir as aforesaid. <br />The outlet canal leading from said Buckeye Reservoir to west <br />Paradox Crsek. <br />For a further identification of said system reference is made <br />to the original map and statement of said irrigation system, <br />or a duplicate thereof, Which vas, on January 19, 1893, filed <br />in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Montrose County, <br />Colorado, by the Stevens Land and Cattle Company and said map <br />and statement now appear in the files of said office. Further <br />reference is made to a later map of said system which was filed <br />by James F. Kyle in the office of the State Engineer of the <br />State of Colorado on November 18 1907, and an approved copy <br />thereof filed in the office of said County Clerk and Recorder <br />of Montrose County, Colorado, where it now appears in Ditch Plat <br />Book 4 at Page 6/.. <br />4. This Company shall be and is organized not for pecuniary profit <br />but is a mutual stock compamy.whose stock shall be owned only by those oKning <br />land under and irrigated through said canal and reservoir system, but this <br />provision shall not prevent the individual stockholder from ranting his shares <br />to others. <br />5. The stock of thin corporation shall be divided into three classes; <br />that is, Class I. Class II and Class III. <br />A. Class I stock shall be issued to the holders of NAN contracts <br />as defined in that certain decree entered in the District Court of Montrose <br />County, Colorado, under Case No. 5917 on the 12th day of September, A. D. 19479 <br />on a basis of 267 shares for each cubic foot of water per second of time owned <br />by the holders of said contracts. Said stock shall entitle the holders thereat <br />to the delivery of water at the rate of one foot of dater per second of time <br />for each 267 shares from April lst to Octe 15th of each year, and the rights <br />of the holders thereof shall first be satisfied and discharged before any rights <br />shall accrue under Class III stocks <br />B. Class II stock shall be issued to the successors in title of <br />Florence M. Snyder, deceased, in the amount of 189 shares, and to Steve Swain <br />in the amount of ]B9 shares; provided that the issuing of said stook shall not <br />affect the rights of the holders thereof to their priorit, out of Deep Creek; <br />..2 <br />
