and provided further that the right of the holders of Cl.ass,II stock shall be <br />as follows, to -Vitt <br />For each 189 shares of Class II stock the owner or holder thereof <br />shall be entitled to the delivery,, as hereinabove provided, of 1.06 cubic feet <br />of water per second of time from the lot day of May to the lot day of June of <br />each year; and 33.92 statutory inches from the lot day of June to the lot day <br />. of October of each year; except that in case Deep Creek shall flow less than <br />4.02 second feet between July lot and October lot of any year then the owners <br />and holders of said stock,, their exdcutors and assigns, shall be entitled to <br />only 2/5ths of such water as is flowing in Deep Creek during said time, or so <br />much thereof as the company shall be able With reasonable diligence to obtain <br />from said Deep Creek* <br />C. Class III stock shall be issued to the holders of "B" and <br />"C" contracts as described in the above mentioned decree upon a basis of one <br />share for each acre foot of water under "B" contracts and 1.25 shares for each <br />acre foot of Water under "C" contracts, Whereupon all rights under said "B" and <br />"C" contracts shall terminate. Each share of Class III stock shall entitle <br />the holder thereof to one acre foot of Water,, or the proportional part thereof <br />available, which his stock bears-to all of said Class III stock issued. <br />All water regardless of class of stock shall be delivered in the outlet <br />itediately below the Buckeye Reservoir. <br />6.
