manner for expenditures related to the facilities owned by others. As
opportunities may become apparent for shared expenditures not specifically
identified in the Project Tasks, (e.g., establishmen# of an inventory of spare
parts), these arrangements will be dealt with in a subsequent agreement
between the finro parties and will considered to be activities that are outside
the parameters of this Project
V. It is anticipated that shareholders in the Johnson & Edwards Ditch Company
other than and in addition to the below named participating shareholders
(referred to herein as Additional J& E Shareholders) may la#er elect to
participate in the Project. SPDC, in its discretion, may allow Additional J& E
Shareholders to participate in the Project by entering into an agreement with
each shareholder that is substantialty similar to this Agreement and obligates
each Additional J& E Shareholder to assume joint responsibility for the duties
and responsibilities of the J& E Shareholders under this Agre�ment.
