The Fund is <br />essentially at zero presently. This is also the annual bill authorizing expenditures from the Species <br />Conservation Fund, including $1,336,813 for the Upper Colorado River Recovery Program. (Elkhead <br />Reservoir). <br />Analysis: A recent agreement will amend this bill to provide the fund with $3MM from the current <br />year's surplus revenues, $6MM from next year's budget, and $3MM each of the next three years. <br />Status: Passed House Agriculture Committee.
