Mr. Clark asked if the amount of diversions in excess of decreed amounts has been finalized. The manager said no, that the Division Engineer and the Water Commissioners are reviewing the numbers. He mentioned two bills to keep an eye on: SB -87 and HB -1152. 14. CONSIDERATION OF NOVEMBER 15, 2001 MEETING MINUTES The board discussed the November 15, 2001 meeting minutes. It was noted that Mark Schumacher should be added to the list of attendees, and that it be noted that James Cochran was sworn in and duly seated. The board also decided that in the future, the minutes should be done in summary style, rather than as verbatim conversation. Consensus was for the November 15, 2001 meeting minutes to be re- drafted in this style. 15. CONSIDERATION OF NOVEMBER 26, 2001 MEETING MINUTES It was noted that a change was needed to the November 26, 2001 meeting minutes: On the last page, it states "Bob Irby moved and Bob Irby seconded ", and it should state that "Bob Drexel moved and Bob Irby seconded ". Jim Cochran moved and Diane Lothamer seconded to approve November 26, 2001 meeting minutes. The motion carried with the noted change. 16. CONSIDERATION OF DECEMBER 13, 2001 A change was recommended to the December 13, 2001 meeting minutes: On page 3, in the second line of the fifth paragraph, the word "that" should appear rather than "the ". Ken Spann moved approval of the December 13, 2001 meeting minutes as corrected. Dennis Steckel seconded the motion. The motion carried, with Steve Glazer and Don Cardin abstaining because they were not present at the meeting. 17. CONSIDERATION OF OPERATIONAL EXPENSES PAID Diane Lothamer moved approval of Operational Expenses Paid in the amount of $10,032.23. Dennis Steckel seconded the motion. The motion carried. 18.
