Diane Lothamer moved to ratify the signature of President on the <br />agreement with the USGS for the Water Quality Monitoring Program <br />and Steve Glazer seconded the motion. The motion carried. <br />10. CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT WITH GUNNISON COUNTY <br />FOR WATER QUALITY MONITORING FUNDING. <br />The manager said that the dollar amount in the agreement, which was <br />drafted by the County, was incorrect, but that John DeVore had <br />approved the hand - written adjustment, which was verified by Tyler <br />Martineau. <br />Steve Glazer moved approval of the joint funding agreement with <br />Gunnison County for the Water Quality Monitoring Program. Bob <br />Drexel seconded the motion. The motion carried. <br />Ken Spann moved to reconsider previous motion. Dennis Steckel <br />seconded the motion. The motion to reconsider carried. <br />Ken Spann moved to approve the agreement with Gunnison County <br />for the Water Quality Monitoring Program subject to deletion on the <br />last page of "in a form and format as prescribed by the County <br />Manager." Dennis Steckel seconded the motion. The motion <br />carried. <br />11. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 02 -4 IDENTIFYING PUBLIC <br />POSTING LOCATION <br />Bill Trampe moved and Dennis Steckel seconded adoption of <br />Resolution 02 -4. The motion carried. <br />12. MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS <br />The manager said that Dick Bratton received the CWC's Aspinall <br />Leadership Award. <br />Steve Glazer said that at the CWC convention, brochures were handed <br />out announcing the fourth water convention in Colorado's water history, <br />to take place in delegated convention format, for a registration fee of $40. <br />13. UNSCHEDULED CITIZENS <br />Butch Clark said that the Gunnison County Assessor's abstract was <br />revised because of a decline in irrigated acreage. <br />
