Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District <br />02CW038 <br />means of written interrogatories and the use thereof shall otherwise be governed <br />by C.R.C.P. 26 and 33. <br />C. Each party may serve each adverse party requests for production of documents or <br />tangible things or for entry, inspection or testing of land or property pursuant to <br />C.R.C.P. 34, except such requests for production shall be limited to 20 in number, <br />each of which shall consist of a single request. <br />D. Each parry may serve on each adverse party 20 requests for admission, each of <br />which shall consist of a single request. A party may also serve requests for <br />admission of the genuineness of up to 50 separate documents that the party. <br />intends to offer into evidence at trial. The scope and manner of proceeding by <br />means of requests for admission and the use thereof shall otherwise be governed <br />by C.R.C.P. 36. <br />The timing and sequence of discovery shall be in accordance with C.R.C.P. 26(d). The <br />foregoing discovery deadlines and limits may be changed upon consent of the parties with <br />approval of the Court or otherwise upon order of the Court for good cause shown. <br />Counsel hereby certify that they have advised their clients of the estimated costs and fees <br />involved in conducting the foregoing discovery. <br />V. TIME TO JOIN ADDITIONAL PARTIES AND AMEND PLEADINGS. <br />The parties do not anticipate the need for joining additional parties or amending the <br />pleadings. The parties shall inform the Court if their plans in this regard change. <br />VI. PRETRIAL MOTIONS. <br />There are no pending motions. Pretrial motions other than motions relating to discovery <br />shall be filed on or before July 2, 2003. To the extent that new evidence arises as a result <br />of discovery conducted, or supplemental disclosures submitted, after said July 2, 2003 <br />deadline, the court is amenable to motions seeking approval of the filing of dispositive <br />pre -trial motions past the July 2 deadline, provided good cause is shown. <br />-4- <br />
