IDENTIFICATION OF PERSONS, DOCUMENTS AND TANGIBLE THINGS. <br />Each parry shall identify all persons who might be called as witnesses, as well as <br />documents and tangible things which might be introduced at trial, not otherwise disclosed <br />pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(1), on or before July 17, 2002. The identification shall be in <br />accordance with the provisions of C.R.C.P. 26(a)(4). To the extent that the identification <br />described above or discovery conducted after the date identified above causes any party to <br />wish to identify additional witnesses, documents, or tangible things which may be <br />introduced at trial and which could not have reasonably been previously identified, <br />modification of the Case Management Order to permit additional identification by such <br />party shall be freely allowed. <br />IV. DISCOVERY SCHEDULE. <br />The date for completion of all discovery shall be August 6, 2003. To the extent that any <br />supplemental disclosure of information pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(e) after this date causes <br />the need for additional discovery, the court is amenable to motions seeking limited <br />additional discovery based on good cause. The parties shall adhere to the following <br />discovery schedule: <br />A. Each party may take one deposition of each adverse party and of two other <br />persons, exclusive of persons expected to give expert testimony disclosed <br />pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2). With respect to persons expected to give expert <br />testimony disclosed pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2), each such person may be <br />deposed at no more than one deposition at which any one or more parties hereto <br />may ask questions. Any such deposition may be continued as necessary to <br />accommodate the schedules of the parties and/or deponent. The time permitted <br />for such deposition is limited to two days not exceeding 14 hours of total <br />deposition time unless a larger time is allowed by order of the court. The scope <br />and manner of proceeding by way of deposition and the use thereof shall <br />otherwise be governed by C.R.C.P. 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 45. <br />B.
